Impact of Behavioural Integration of Senior Management in Effectiveness of Strategic Decision-Making: An Applied Study in Some Iraqi Private Faculties in Kerbala City

This study sheds light on role of behavioral integration senior management in effectiveness strategic decision-making processes at the level Iraqi private educational institutions. The goal research was to focus attention administration colleges, community, importance integrative process making its decisions. Private colleges scattered Karbala governorate were chosen as a community for research, questionnaire distributed an intentional sample (61) respondents from members councils, directors branches and departments, officials people units colleges. Some statistical indicators (descriptive analytical) used using program (SPSS V.28). Most important finding is existence correlation relationship moral effect between variables included first second main hypothesis order achieve by adopting operating holy Karbala.
